Code of Conduct

Our community is designed to be supportive and inclusive of all. We embrace diversity and encourage everyone to show up as their full, authentic self. We know our community is strongest when we are together, the main goal of this gathering is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to allow us to have open conversations and not concentrate on protecting ourselves or navigating boundaries.

Supporting Values: We value the inherent worth of every person and group within our community. We value the open exchange of ideas and freedom of thought and expression even if they are different from our own. We value everyone’s participation at the level that they are comfortable with.
